Yes. This program is fully educational-based coaching. You are provided with a custom roadmap from a lifestyle medicine expert on how to reduce inflammation with food education as the basis.
An additional food subscription is an option for detoxes 8-Weeks or longer. Please inquire.
Results will vary depending on your current level of health, what you are healing and if you can follow the protocol by 100% during the program and after the program until you are balanced.
A lasting lifestyle shift takes place over 6-12 months. For lifestyle shift support or advance detoxes for parasites, we begin a custom program at 8-Week, 4-Month or yearlong coaching depending on your needs to get you track, moving in the right direction so that these lifestyle habits stick. Its important you establish a new normal so you stay well.
The longer you've had an illness, the longer it will take to resolve. This is not a temporary fix but a deep transformation that requires consistency and patience. Only with consistency will you see an improvement.

People usually come to me when their body is out of balance.
Because of this, it is key that the participant remain plant-based alkaline for the duration of the program to see the best results. After our coaching is over, it is recommended to stay at least 75-80% plant-based to maintain optimal balance and wellness.
For instance, I am paleo and I do a plant-based detox once a month to keep my body clean. Some decide they would like to stay plant-based as well which is fine too.
Regardless of what you choose, it's always important to listen to your body. After our work together, you will grasp the power of an anti-inflammatory lifestyle to keep your body balanced.
